WHAT IS ACOUSTIC SOUND AND INSULATION MATTRESS?

DEFINITION

Acoustic sound and insulation mat, cross-linked, closed and amorphous form (cross-linked) foam produced polyethylene based; It is an antibacterial polymeric material that is not affected by water and moisture.

PRODUCTION STAGE

The specially prepared Polyethylene mixture is taken into the molds and cooked at 170 ºC and under 250 Kg / cm2 pressure. After the cooking process that continues for a certain period of time, the explosion occurs with the sudden opening of the molds. Its volume increases to an average of 8 times. Thus, millions of cross-linked, closed, amorphous and nano-sized air cells are formed.

The unit volume mass is 100 Kg / m³. It is one of the most intense sound and insulation materials. Thanks to its nano cells, it never loses its volume and is extremely resistant to impacts.

Acoustic sound and insulation products are not waterproof, they are not affected by water and moisture, and do not deteriorate. Capillary Water Absorption Rate is Zero (0). It does not use any substance harmful to human health and is not formed by inflating with harmful gases during production, it is antibacterial.

It increases your quality of life by preventing fungus, mold and various microorganism formations. Our production facilities are regularly subjected to ROSH TEST and inspected. This test investigates whether the materials produced are harmful to human health.

DURABILITY - SIZE-THICKNESS AND LAMINATION

Acoustic sound and insulation mat can be produced in the form of boards or rolls with a precision of 0.5mm between 1mm and 40mm. It is also produced in different thicknesses in project-based work.
